Без альтернатив (чуть ниже).

Но с альтернативами в виде как "родных" XFree86 (>=4.4.0)
драйверов, так и проектов типа r300. fglrx не рассматривается по
"политическим" соображениям.
P.S. Я как-то сравнивал визуально три разных карты (под уиндоуз,
правда). Ранжир в __2D__: Matrox, ATi, nvidia. Вердикт: нвидия
-- заточка на геймеришек, не более того.
