Здравствуйте! Проблема уже поднималась а рассылке
(http://lists.altlinux.org/pipermail/hardware/2008-March/012666.html)
Но тут вылечилось установкой ALD4.0.2.
У меня же дистрибутив ALT Linux 4.0 Office Server x86_64, на установке
инсталлер повис, с безопасными параметрами
установился. Выяснилось, что клинит его именно acpi=on, Сделал
dist-upgrade и update-kernel не помогло.
Что еще можно сделать, кроме как обновиться до бранча 4.1 ?

BIOS точно обновлённый?

Вылечилось обновлением до бранча 4.1 и ядра 2.6.25, биос не обновлял.
