3U. Это full-size pci card.
Моя фирма заказала замену 2U на 3U чтобы эта штука влезла.
От pci она берёт только электричество для подзарядки батареи. Sata - отдельным шнуром, в имеющийся в счистеме sata контролер.
Бывает ещё (сам не видел) i-Ram box (http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Storage/Products_Overview.aspx?ProductID=2678)
Эта штука похоже имеет габариты для 5-дюймового гнезда, по моим предположениям. Для серверов тоже не очень удобно...
