Not really =) Пока не собирал, с чего бы и stock kernel-у не работать?
Все дивайсы работают из коробки, никаких нареканий (пока). А сабжевая
беда -- если верить гуглю -- имеет место и на SuSE, и на Gentoo, и на
NetBSD.
В общем, годика 2-3 постоит дебиан, а там выйдет новая версия, и
выкину я эти древние железки нафик =)

Что радует, gtk работает в дебиане минимум в 2 раза быстрее =)
у нас на ирке местные гуры даже объясняли почему...
