В kernel-image-xen-dom0-2.6.32-alt36 вкралась ошибка, дождитесь
kernel-image-xen-dom0-2.6.32-alt36.1 (будет сегодня) или откатитесь на
alt33 из архива (например тут:
ftp://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/distributions/archive/Sisyphus/2011/04/01/x86_64/RPMS.classic/)
