Да, есть конечно.
если её нажимать, то в логах такое:
NetworkManager [596]: <info> WiFi now disabled by radio killswitch
systemd [1]: Starting Load/Save RF Kill switch status
systemd [1]: Started Load/Save RF Kill switch status
NetworkManager [596]: <info> WiFi now enabled by radio killswitch

Ни чего. т.е. rfkill list пишет что всё разблокировано.

На этой модели 4 варианта съёмного wifi/bluetooth.
Как мне в конторе сказали, что была поставка этих ноутов без wifi.
Так что я зря скорее всего пытаюсь найти того, чего нет.
