Саппорт интела ответил, чт о H97 не умеет vt-d
и таже инфа в спеке http://ark.intel.com/ru/products/82010.
Ну и нужно смотреть здесь кто что умеет.

раньше тут в списке с vt-d была плата DZ87KLT-75K
Но в информации о чипе нет поддержки vt-d
написал запрос в службу поддержки.. извинились сказали опечатка и убрали.
Так что 1 делом нужно смотреть документацию на чипсет..а потом уже инфу
по плате
