приветствую.
мать GA-G31M-S24 на чипе intel g31
встроенная сетевуха вроде как rtl 8111c
установили ALD 4.0.2
по DHCP ничего не раздалось, интерфейс поднят
пишем статику. пакеты не ходят "network unreachable"
(поставили внешнюю сетевушку - все на ура завелось. Вытащили :))
Установили мандриву 2008. сеть завелась. после первой перезагрузки компа 
  опять не пашет, как и в альте.
вернули альт, поставили ядро kernel-image-std-def-2.6.24-alt5.i586 из 
сизифа. сеть заработала, но опять же до первой перезагрузки
какие-то странные глюки

может кто сталкивался? lspci и dmesg во вложении

если кратко. на стором ядре (2.6.18) интерфейс поднимается, но пакеты не
ходят вообще. на 2.6.24 пакеты ходят ДО первой перезагрузки. после как и со
старым ядром
p.s. с мандривой 2008 то же самое. opensuse 10.3 и до перезагрузки ни разу
не заработало
