Хм.. у меня такой сейчас и стоитюю слит был ещё с epox.com..
не работает. Плпробую в supox написать письмо..мож ответят

Чтоименно не работает, слитый биос? А тот что с материнкой шёл,
нормально работал? Можно битый скачался?

Что с материнкой что этот.. одинаоков не работают. по части apic, ну и
Invalid entry length (0). DMI table is broken! Stop.

Угу.. а вообще корень того чт омне сейчас нужно - это suspend..
никак не пойму- косячитплата или видео. Ситуация такая -в 3 ините
суспенд вроде работает..но если попробовать в 5 ините или из 3 инита
после суспенда запустить dm -то мёртвый вис.. Причём иногда и в графике
удаётся уснуть и даже 1 раз прсонуться.. но после 2 - или мёртвый вис
или 100% зазрузка 1 ядра процессом ksoftirqd

R.I.P.
До сих пор в моём системнике стоит мать от EPoX, купленная ещё в
далёком уже 2001 г. Что интересно, Linux работает на этом компе как
часы, как и тогда работал, в 2001. А винда (любая) последний год
(примерно) глючит неимоверно, даже свежепоставленная. Почему -- так и не
понял. Ну и фиг с ней :)
