Сначала стоило бы придти в их контору лично и поговорить с каким-нибудь
начальником -- они часто более вменяемы, чем "люди на проводе".
Ну и заиметь к-н официальную бумажку от них о том, что они отказываются
выдать замену на время ремонта.
