Непло было бы уточнить дистрибутив. Если Вы используете в винде типа
дозвона - то как минимум начиная с АЛМ2.4 есть пакет rp-pppoe-gui,
поставьте его, от рута запустите tkpppoe, создайне по аналогии с виндой
соединение, далее запускайте этот tkpppoe от пользователя на здоровье.
