Вопрос не совсем про Линукс, но точно про железки:
есть монитор CRT 21", который умеет 1600х1200@91Hz, RGB/DVI входов нету.
В 1280х960 показывает вообще отлично, но для 21" хотелось бы большего
разрешения. Однако, при 1600х1200 качество картинки падает (резкость
изображения проседает). Я так понимаю, что длина и качество аналогового
кабеля тоже влияют на качество картинки. Поможет ли более короткий
кабель? И бывают ли такие сантиметров на 40? Или может есть конвертеры
DVI->VGA, которые подключаются в кабель не со стороны видеокарты, а со
стороны монитора?
