Уже многократно полированные детские грабли с "передними панелями"
всекитайской корпорации noname. Экономия на сечении кабеля и
экранирующей оплётке при их масштабах производства - вот вам и результат :-(
На передней панели моего рабочего компьютера один разъём - всеядный, а
второй - "с характером", в /var/log/messages жалобы на качество
usb-кабеля, не оставляющие сомнений, что это касается участка кабеля
между материнской платой и передней панелью (бывает, что ругается и на
устройства без кабеля как такового!)
