Сильно сомневаюсь в существовани таких БП в природе по следующим причинам.
1. Часть питания видеокарта получает не непосредственно с БП, а от материнской
карты.
2. Если у видеокарты есть внешнее дополнительное питание, то как БП "узнает",
что на данный разъем подвешена именно видеокарта, и при этом нет параллельной
нагрузки, с которой питание не следует снимать ни при каких обстоятельствах.
