В новых BIOS'ах есть такая насторйка, которая назвыается по
разному, но смысл имеет "запоминать состояние при отключении
питания". Скажем у Вас где-то стоит необслуживаемый сервер.
Если питание пропадает в то время, когда он включен - при
появлении питания сервер загружается. Если питание пропадает в
выключенном состоянии - загрузки не будет.
Может дело в этой настройке?
