IMHO, обсуждение здесь этой проблемы - оффтопик, но я могу поделиться
своим печальным опытом такого же плана.
Материнская плата, CPU и _новый_ PSU у меня совсем другие, а вот эффекты
- те же, что и у вас. Что характерно - смена крайне некачественного PSU
Codegen (известен так же как Golden Power или что-то такое) ситуацию не
изменила. Поищите у себя на материнской плате вздутые или даже подтёкшие
конденсаторы. Если найдёте - остаётся только молвить с укоризной: не
гонялся бы ты, поп, за дешевизной. Не призываю перестать покупать
корпуса Codegen, но вот их родные блоки питания нужно сразу отправлять
на переплавку.
