[Hardware] виснем Executing all Device _STA on kernel 2.6.11

обновил я ядро до wks 2.6.11 - надо было неколторые модули доставить,
вот они и потянули за собой. а модули-то нужны :)

при загрузке в 2.6.11, ядро останавливается на строке
Executing all Device _STA and_INI mehtods

если верить гуглу это что-тоacpi. с noapic тоже самое, noacpi проверить
не успеваю.

это точно acpi? с noacpi работать как-то не хочется. как лечить интересно...
