это известная багофича на многих ноутах :(
попробуйте использовать vbetool для пробуждения экрана...
как вариант - еще можно попробовать переключаться в консоль перед
засыпанием, и при этом не использовать framebuffer в консоли (убрать
vga=xxxx из параметров ядру)... хотя говорят, что в xorg имеется тот
код, ответственный за включение экрана, но что-то это мало помогает...
а каким способом спите? acpi или apm?
