Увы. Не могу найти (может ищу неправильно).
Попытался сделать modprobe mxser. Получил:
/lib/modules/2.4.22-std-up-alt17/kernel/drivers/char/mxser.o:
kernel-module version mismatch
/lib/modules/2.4.22-std-up-alt17/kernel/drivers/char/mxser.o was
compiled for kernel version 2.4.22-std-up-alt35
while this kernel is version 2.4.22-std-up-alt17

а как такое могло получиться?
