Я бы взял athlon 64, чипсет там без разници какой(контроллер памяти в
проце), хотя бы потому что можно съэкономить на памяти(эффективность
работы процов архитектуры K8 с DDR такая же как и у интеловских
чипсетов с DDR2 ). Производительность должна возрости в будущем, когда
программы начнут писать с хорошей заточкой под 64-ре бита, а пока можно
вобще купить sempron 3100+ без этих инструкций, а затем его проапгрейдить.
