Возможно, что это какой-нибудь AC-97 или i8x0 -- аналог. Всё же
попробуйте запустить alsaconf посвежее и посмотрите, что он скажет.
Также имеет смысл порыться на сайте Realtek, для сетевух под Линукс они
свои драйвера раздавали в виде исходоников, может быть и под Вашу
звуковуху есть.

Как я уже сказал, м.б. она просто аналог чего-то более известного.
