Работать то работает, только без драйверов ATI он нафиг не нужен.
да если честно мне кажется что он не на всех задачах даст реальный
прирост производительности, а адресовать больше 2-х гигабайт памяти на
ноуте... ну не знаю ;-)

Для 32-х бит - да.

А там все хорошо - PowerNow работает отлично.
