Скорее всего у вас линки не туда смотрят
Посмотрите и поправьте руками все линки из /etc/X11/lib_nvidia
и /etc/X11/lib
Чтобы было примерно так:
/etc/X11/lib_nvidia
nvidia.xinf -> /usr/lib/nvidia_1.0.9631/nvidia.xinf
libGLcore.so.1 -> /usr/lib/nvidia_1.0.9631/libGLcore.so.1
libnvidia-cfg.so.1 -> /usr/lib/nvidia_1.0.9631/libnvidia-cfg.so.1
libnvidia-tls.so.1 -> /usr/lib/nvidia_1.0.9631/libnvidia-tls-tls.so.1
libNVIDIAXvMC.so -> /usr/lib/nvidia_1.0.9631/libNVIDIAXvMC.so
libXvMCNVIDIA_dynamic.so.1 ->
/usr/lib/nvidia_1.0.9631/libXvMCNVIDIA_dynamic.so.1
nvidia_drv.so -> /usr/lib/nvidia_1.0.9631/nvidia_drv.so
/etc/X11/lib
libGL.so.1 -> /usr/lib/nvidia_1.0.9631/libGL.so.1
libglx.so -> /usr/lib/nvidia_1.0.9631/libglx.so

естественно, все это для драйвера nvidia

Успехов!
