ну вот поэкспериментировал.
в расширенном разделе максимум 12 партиций, больше не создается.
плюс 3 первичные (более одного расширенного не создается)
итого - 15 разделов.
все попытки создать еще пару разделов натыкаются "the maximum number of
partitions has been created"
