Если до такой степени самосбор - можно попробовать поменять процессоры
местами: если проблема останется на APIC #7 - дело в материнке,
переедет - значит, виноват процессор (а может и вообще пропасть, если
дело было в контактах).
Но перед залезанием внутрь стоит сначала посмотреть на версию BIOS и
на всякий случай проверить поведение других версий ядра.
Ну и что поменялось - только сейчас заметили, или лазили в железо?
