В контейнере запускается и работает. Только соответствующий
последовательный порт в VPS отдать надо.

WINSTAR Plus - не поддерживает. Хотя, при желании, можно прикрутить
передачу команд на соседние машины из вызываемого демоном для выключения
сервера скрипта.
