В России это нарушения законов: о правах потребителя, о торговле.
VISTA не входит в состав ноутбука как изделие производителя и на неё не
распространяется гарантия. Кстати в лицензионном соглашении от m$ на их
продукты они отказываются от каких либо гарантий. ;)
