Какой командой можно отключить usb wi-fi stick чтобы комп не повредить?
Просто выдергивание плохо влияет на usb устройства - перестают
определяться до перезагрузки.

rmmod тот_модуль_который_к_ней_загрузился
(см., например, lsmod до и после включения)
