Посмотрел утилиту NVclock
в разделе AGP information она пишет:
AGP rate - 0x
Supportet rates: 1x-2x-4x
Как включить 4x?
Может что-то записать в xorg.conf?

nvidia-xconfig -A | grep -A3 AGP
--nvagp=NVAGP, --no-nvagp
Set the NvAGP X config option value. Possible values are 0 (no AGP), 1
(NVIDIA's AGP), 2 (AGPGART), 3 (try AGPGART, then try NVIDIA's AGP);
these values can also be specified as 'none', 'nvagp', 'agpgart', or
'any'.

А что лучше 'nvagp' или 'agpgart'?
