Так вам кроме ядра понадобятся пакеты kernel-modules-fglrx-ovz-smp (для
видео), kernel-modules-alsa-ovz-smp (для звука),
kernel-modules-sk98lin-ovz-smp (возможно, для сети, хотя ядерный skge
должен тоже видеть эту сетевуху). Что там за вторая сетевуха непонятно,
лучше покажите вывод lspci -vnn, поскольку pciscan -v уже давно показывает
какие-то странные данные. Для видео еще надо дополнительно доставить пакет
fglrx_glx + выбрать в alterator-x11 драйвер fglrx.
PS Кстати, а зачем вам ovz-smp ядро? ;)
