Для ядер 2.6.x, собранных с CONFIG_KALLSYMS=y, ksymoops нужен только при
необходимости дизассемблирования строки Code: (чем приходится заниматься
далеко не каждый раз) - остальное уже делается самим ядром.

Это не oops, а stuck IRQ; обычно возникает при кривых таблицах IRQ routing
в BIOS (прерывания приходят не на ту линию IRQ, где их ожидают), реже - в
ситуациях, когда устройство выставило запрос прерывания, а драйвер для
него в этот момент не загружен (что опять-таки может быть связано с
ошибками в BIOS при настройке этого устройства).
