у меня имеется 3). Под линуксом работает на ура, видится как /dev/ttyACM0.
Едиственная неприятность - перед работой лучше через вендовую тулзу
отключить запрос пин кода при включении.
PS Вспомнил, еще там есть пакость с нашим pppd - версия 2.4.4 из сизифа
напрочь отказывается работать с ACM, лечится откатыванием до 2.4.2 из
ALC3.0.
