Батарейка для RTC должна стоять на плате (иногда - под "лючками"
памяти/можема/HDD, но это было верно для старых моделей). Снятие основной
просто так не поможет.
Если Вы можете грузиться в Windows/DOS, то я рекомендую использовать утилиты
для "извлечения"/обнуления пароля - Яндекс и Google помогут с поиском. Кроме
того, так же поищите "универсальные пароли BIOS", и попробуйте их.
