Самому интересно (для журналов файловых систем), но на продукцию
PQI/NCP (судя по DRAM) я бы смотреть для подобных применений не
рискнул.
Из других наблюдений -- IDE Flash заметного объёма обычно
медленное (4--8Mb/s), быстро получается только CompactFlash
через переходник (который суть несколько проводков и кусок
пластика, но в ближайшей Европе стоит около $20 почему-то,
а в Украине не встречается вообще). Данные могли устареть,
но с полгода назад обсуждали с коллегами -- вышло так.
