Была аналогичная проблема на ALC 3.0.
Подключение беспроводной мыши (Trust какая-то на Bluetooth) привела к
появлению подобной проблемы. Я еще, начитавшись интернета, создал под нее
вторую секцию в конфиге иксов, поскольку PS/2 оставалась подключенной.
Поскольку проблема проявлялась не постоянно, то просто смирился и не обращал
внимания (некогда было разбираться).
Проблема исчезла после того, как этой мыши у меня не стало и секция была
удалена.
Так до сих пор и не знаю, в чем причина, в БТ мыши вообще или во второй секции
в конфиге.
