Так memtest погонял аж 11 часов. Ничего. Все чисто ошибок нет.
Случайно просек один момент и нашел почему падало. Падать начинает если
включить powernowd\powersaved. А если их вырубить (т.е. проц тупо работает
на своей максимальной частоте all the time) то работает он суктами и
ничего не падает.
Вот такая вот страность. Под офтопиком cool'n'quite таки завдеен и ему
жить не мешает.
