Подскажите. Есть такая флешка:

После чего попытки открыть fdisk'ом дают только ошибку:

# fdisk /dev/sdf
Device contains neither a valid DOS partition table, nor Sun, SGI or OSF 
disklabel
Building a new DOS disklabel. Changes will remain in memory only,
until you decide to write them. After that, of course, the previous
content won't be recoverable.

You must set cylinders.
You can do this from the extra functions menu.
Warning: invalid flag 0x0000 of partition table 4 will be corrected by 
w(rite)

При попытке создать раздел в fdisk выдает:

Вопрос:

Можно ли оживить эту флешку?

В ответ на обычную команду READ CAPACITY (ограниченную 32-разрядным
номером сектора) устройство вернуло 0xffffffff.  Скорее всего, это
означает, что разрушена какая-то служебная информация, используемая
контроллером флеш-памяти.

Разве что попробовать найти утилиту низкоуровневого форматирования от
производителя флешки (при отсутствии такой можно попробовать поискать
"чужую" утилиту для флешек с тем же типом контроллера - этот тип может
быть виден, например, в выводе lsusb -v).  Если это не поможет, можно
ещё перед выбрасыванием флешки в мусорное ведро поиграться с sg_format
из sg3_utils, но это вряд ли сработает.
