Кажется с 7ххх. Эпопею о моих мучениях можете прочитать в рассылке sisyphus.
Сейчас всё по-старому: на драйвере nv - работает, а на nvidia - чёрный экран (от версии кернеля не зависит, от материнки - тоже).
Раньше мирился, а теперь вот необходимо работать с программой, которая активно использует OpenGL.
