[Hardware] Проблемы с Radeon 9200

Добрый день!

Поставил я на днях другу ALT Linux. Про то, как ставился компакт и как 
потом проходил dist-upgrade до Сизифа я молчу, т.к. инсталлятор Компакта 
-- тот самый пресловутый первый блин, а про второе все и так 
наслышаны... Итак, по существу. На машине видяха -- Radeon 9200. Система 
-- Сизиф от 25 июля. Инсталятор поставил для неё драйвер radeon. Ну и 
пусть бы он и был, в общем-то до 3D особого дела нет,но изображение с 
ним получилось какое-то сильно не того, яркость и контрастность 
минимальные, как будто села труба на мониторе. Ладно, доставил пакеты 
про fglrx, с помощью какой-то проги из пакета fglrx-tools переделал 
xorg.conf. Картинка стала нормальной, но при попытках запустить 
приложения, которым нужен gl (в число их, кстати, попал и OpenOffice2 -- 
ему оно-то нахрен?), вылетает следующая фигня:

И всё. Программы не запускаются.

Буду благодарен за любые советы, либо как допинать fglrx, либо заставить 
radeon давать нормальную картинку.

не советую использовать fglrx из сизифа для radeon 9200 - вам повезло, что
он вообще работает, т.к. на моем 9200 он даже не запускается. Лучше
покажите, что у вас в xorg.conf для radeon написано.

Вот продолжение истории. В моё отсутствие знакомый попытался поставить 
на свободный раздел WinXP, но промахнулся и затёр корневой раздел 
линуха. Пришлось делать всё по новой: ставить Компакт, потом накатывать 
Сизиф. Когда ставили Компакт, я решил поэкспериментировать и выбрал 
сразу драйвер "fglrx". Получилась странная вещь: картинка на fglrx'ном 
драйвере стала такая же, какая раньше была на radeon -- с очень низкими 
значениями яркости и контраста. Потом я пытался руками перевести на 
radeon, а затем aticonfig'ом -- обратно на fglrx, но безрезультатно. И 
вдруг на каком-то этапе картинка стала нормальной. Это произошло, когда 
я случайно удалил ссылку "/etc/xorg.conf", которая у меня указывала на 
один из вариантов конфина. Я посмотрел в вывод startx, и там увидел, 
что, естественно, x.org не нашёл конфига и сгенерил его сам! После 
выходи из иксов этот файл образовался как /etc/xorg.conf.auto + ссылка 
на него /etc/xorg.conf. Я собираюсь посмотреть, чем отличаестя этот 
файл, где всё работает нормально (за исключением ускорения 3D -- drm 
почему-то говорит "что-то failed") от тех двух (radeon и fglrx), где 
были глюки.

P.S. Вспомнил, что fglrx глючил ещё по одному пункту -- mplayer не мог 
на нём развернуть изображение на весь экран (получался чёрный экран + 
картинка оригинального размера по центру), а из методов выводна на экран 
работал только x11, т.е. shared memory.

Вот оба конфига иксов: с xorg.conf иксы работают нормально, с 
xorg.conf.original-0 -- сильно снижены яркость и контрастность. Времени 
детально разобраться пока не было, но сходу заметил, что в том, который 
работает нормально, глубина цвета установлена в 16 разрядов, в глючном 
-- в 24. Параметр "DPMS" "on" вроде как не влияет (я пробовал ставить и 
сбрасывать его).
