как я знаю, драйвер этого "raid'а", sata_promise, не совсем адекватно
работает. видимо именно на это я и натолкнулся.
проблема такая: при нагрузке на один из дисков где-то в 25Mb/sec он скажем
так "отваливается из системы". в dmesg проявляется примерная запись "ata4:
SeekError", и все процессы, что пытаются к файловой системе на диске получить
доступ намертво виснут и не убиваются даже по KILL. strace на этих процессах
тоже висит, но SIGKILL'ом убивается.
при выполнении команды pvmove в dmesg ничего не проявляется.
что характерно, данная проблема проявляются на хардах , подключенных к портам
иным, чем первый. на первом всё прекрасно. поэтому я считаю, диски-то тут и
ни при чем.
мне интересно, это драйвер, или сама карта? потому что решать проблему я буду
просто - заменю его нафиг, хоть это и домой.
остался вопрос: на что стоит заменять? прокатит ли PCI SATA Raid Promise
FastTrak TX2300 OEM?
вообще, какой raid с ценами в пределах 150$ лучше?
