Уже не помню, но кажется на компакте были проблемы с очень отдельными
карточками NVIDIA. Лечилось только обновлением ядра.
Драйвера 7174 у Вас похоже не собираются, потому что не установлены
kernel-headers и средства разработки. Есть ли это в компакте - не знаю.
Наверное или обновлять ядро или искать более свежий дистр.
