Я не оспариваю порядочность продавца. А вот порядочность производителей под
вопросом. Суть вот в чем: набор логики состоит из двух чипов (применительно к
VIA). Это северный и южный мост. Северный мост - КТ400, КТ400А, КТ600. Южный
мост - VT8235, VT8237. КТ400 - КТ600 совместимы между собой (отличие в
официальной поддержке 200 шины), и можно выпустить материнскую плату с
функциональными возможностями КТ400 просто заменив одну микросхему. Получится
аналог платы КТ400 с гарантированной работой на шине 200. А вот всевозможные
дополнительные вкусности содержаться в южном мосте VT8237 - два порта SATA и
шесть выходов USB 2.0, может еще чего... Но это уже будет другая плата.
