Конкретно с такой не встречался, но думаю, что методика не должна отличаться
от других FM-карт ISA. Надо попробовать подгрузить драйвер через
# modprobe radio-aimslab io=0x20f
или 0x30f - смотря какой порт ввода-вывода выставлен на плате.
Попробовать посмотреть, что будет писать драйвер в /var/log/messages .
После успешной загрузки модуля и обнаружения им карты - попробовать
настроится на станцию, например, используя qdt из одноимённого пакета.
Если всё получится - добавить в /etc/modules.conf строки вида
alias radio radio-aimslab
options radio io=0x20f
и в /etc/modules строку
radio
Если не получится - считать тюнер конфигурящимся через plug-and-play
и смотреть на вывод pnpdump.
