есть сервер IBM xSeries 220, в нем стоит две сетевых карты - intel
etherexpress (модуль eepro100, работает)
и
"3c996B-T 1000Base-T или Broadcom Corp NetXtreme BCM5701"
(еще Tigon3 и bcm5700tg3)
(в разных местах она себя по разному называет).
пробовали модули tg3 (как предложил инсталлятор), потом поменяли на bcm5700.
вот эта вторая никак работать не хочет - модуль грузится, интерфейс
появляется, но не поднимается (не UP)
Машина сейчас недоступна, к сожж .. к тому же вообще не моя ;)
Я только выступил поставщиком дистрибутива и немного советов.
В логах вроде бы явных ошибок нет.
Кто заводил такую карту? что можно сделать/ попробовать?
может, ей воткнутый катель от гигабитного свитча надо (хотя мне это
подозрительно ;)
