Нет не пробовал, хотя было такое желание.
Я использую в качестве терминалов проект Diet-pc. X-ы там 4.3
Все попытки подсунуть самосгенеренные modeline-ы приводили к сдвигу картинки вправо на 5 см. И никакими
настройками монитора это не исправлялось. В итоге я их выкинул из конфига и X-ы выставляют максимально
возможные на мониторе 75 герц.
Видимо, придется еще пошаманить...
