Собственно поставлен Десктоп 4.0 всё опозналось, кроме беспроводки.
Стоит интел wireless 3945 a/b/g adapter. Может что-то аптом дотянуть?
Как заставить работать?

проверьте, установлены ли:
firmware-ipw3945-1.14.2-alt2
ipw3945d-1.7.22-alt1
kernel-modules-ipw3945
модуль ipw3945 загружен?
что говорит dmesg?
у меня была ситуация, когда wifi включался софтовой кнопкой,
соответственно при загрузке был просто выключен. пришлось обновить биос
и включить это там по умолчанию
