Воспроизводится на ASPLinux 11.2 kernel 2.6.20
ASUS motherboard P5PL2-E
video ASUS EAX1600PRO top/htd/128m/a
Realtek RTL8111B Gigabit LAN (встроенная)
P5PL2-E 0302 Bios
First release Bios
Биос пока не обновлял, но думаю об этом. Есть проблемы с видео. Попробую
параметры загрузки. О результатах напишу.

как всегда ни при чем ;) Собственно, этот пост подтверждает, что баги
скорее в acpi/bios, чем в самой сетевухе (правда, обоих вариантов
исключать нельзя).
