Вам необходимо самостоятельно подучить матчасть. Речь идет о модулях
ядра, они в пакете с ядром.
$ rpm -qf `sudo find /lib/modules/ -name "cpufreq_userspace*"`
kernel-image-std26-up-2.6.11-alt6
kernel-image-wks26-up-2.6.11-alt2
