В общем, я сегодня поговорил с министром IT, ей идея понравилась, она
обещала пообщаться с профильными подразделениями в администрации,
которые занимаются подобными мероприятиями. В пятницу вечером
обещались что-нибудь сказать.
От себя добавлю, что это не значит, что обязательно все будет
проходить здесь. Просто здесь будет (или не будет) какая-то
гарантированная площадка, согласованная с местными властями. А уж куда
именно назначить фест - решать вам :)
