Трям, здравствуйте ;)
Пересобираю в hasher под 2.4 ffmpeg - в самом конце словил ошибку:
Processing files: libffmpeg-devel-0.4.9.cvs20051105-alt1.1
error: File must begin with "/": %_pkgconfigdir/*
RPM build errors:
File must begin with "/": %_pkgconfigdir/*
это старый rpm?

Новый макрос.
Можно добавить в BuildRequires: rpm-build-compat
Кстати, он есть в backports и для Compact 2.3 и для 3.0
